Information collection

We collect the information you provide when you create an account, such as your name and email address. To operate and improve WorshipKit, we share limited personal information with the trusted service providers listed under “Analytics and service providers” below; each receives only what it needs for its function. We do not sell your personal information. We may, from time to time, use the information we've collected from you to communicate with you.

Security

We do not store credit card information on our servers. Billing is handled by Stripe. Please consult Stripe's privacy policy for details on their information storage. We only secure a unique ID number from Stripe to keep account statuses up to date.

Cookies and Javascript

We use cookies to maintain your logged-in status. Javascript is required for core functionality.

Analytics and service providers

We rely on the following third-party providers to run and improve WorshipKit. Each receives only the information needed for its function and maintains its own privacy policy:

• HeyCatch — product and marketing analytics. Receives your account information (such as your name and email) and product-usage events so we can understand and improve how WorshipKit is used. HeyCatch processes this data through PostHog (analytics) and Sentry (error monitoring).
• Google Analytics — aggregate website-usage statistics.
• Stripe — payment processing (see “Security” above).
• Amazon Web Services (S3) — storage of files and media you upload.
• Bugsnag — error monitoring to keep the service reliable.
• Pusher — real-time updates within the app.

If you connect an integration such as Planning Center, we exchange data with that service at your direction. To request access to, or deletion of, your personal information, contact us at [email protected].
