Terms of service
These terms are binding between WorshipKit and any user who signs up or logs into any account on our service. Your use of the service constitutes an acceptance of these terms.
All payments are due every 30 days from the previous payment, to the second. Service will be deactivated immediately for any unpaid accounts. All accounts start with a 30-day trial, after which payment is due to continue using the service. Changes to plans are pro-rated. Cancellations will not result in a refund or credit of the unused portion of the billing period.
Refunds may be issued for paid accounts, at our team's discretion. This will be done on a case-by-case basis. To request a reason, please write our support team.
By installing or using our software, you agree not to hold us responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our software. We use encryption where possible, but it is the user's responsibility to ensure that sensitive data is adequately protected or obfuscated before sending it over the Internet.
You agree that you will not use the software in any way which harasses or harms anyone. We reserve the right to cancel the account and persue legal action against anyone who uses our software in any abusive way - including, but not limited to, spam, excessive messages, or hateful/harmful messages. We will shut down any account which causes any excessive load to our systems or otherwise harms the normal function of the service for others.
Pager messages are encrypted between clients and server. We hash and salt passwords according to best practices. You should ensure your password is safe and complex enough to avoid unwanted logins. We recommend a "Receiver" user be created on your account, with just enough permissions for receiving messages, for use on the presenting computer. Only give "Owner" or "Admin" privelges to team members you trust. We cannot restore deleted data, so ensure accounts are secured when team members leave your ministry.
